CRM BKI is an enterprise CRM system customized from PerfexCRM and CodeIgniter 3, built to track marine classification commercial pipelines from Request for Quotations (RFQ), official price estimates, order confirmations, to automated SAP ERP Sales Order syncing.
Tracking shipping line RFQs across regional branches previously lacked pipeline visibility and required automated synchronization into SAP ERP to prevent manual double-entry errors.
We tailored PerfexCRM on CodeIgniter 3 and PostgreSQL, introduced an intuitive commercial pipeline, and engineered a bidirectional REST API connector into SAP ERP for automated sales order generation.
