E-Notification (kreasindonotifikasi.com) is an enterprise admin control panel designed to monitor expatriate work visas, stay permits (KITAS/KITAP), and automate multi-channel renewal alert dispatches prior to critical expiration deadlines.
Managing thousands of expat visa records across multi-corporate clients via spreadsheets resulted in high-risk overstay fines, missed renewal windows, and untracked compliance workflows.
We developed a robust React.js admin portal supported by a Laravel REST API and PostgreSQL database. Automated background cron workers monitor expiry timestamps and trigger automated H-60, H-30, and H-7 alerts via Email and WhatsApp.
