Overview
Rail Document System (RDS KAI) is a mission-critical enterprise e-office suite managing official administrative manuscripts, internal memos, executive dispositions, and certified digital signatures across PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) nationwide.
Processing thousands of daily correspondence documents across regional operation zones required a centralized secure archive, integrated real-time collaborative document editing, and BSrE-certified digital signature validation.
We architected robust Java EE microservices coupled with an Angular Material UI frontend, integrated OnlyOffice Document Server for seamless online document editing, and implemented BSrE cryptographic digital signatures.
